Yoga Anatomy Level I Training


Learn principles of anatomy and physiology, and how they relate to yoga practice.


Through discussion, lecture and posture clinics, students will learn how specific organ systems work to support yogic practices including pranayama, asana, and meditation, the interrelationship of energy, chakras, and bandhas, proper alignment and technique, and prevention of injury.

This is an interactive learning experience good for those wanting to understand more about the functioning of the body and it's relationship to energy, deepen their practice, or refresh memory and skills as a yoga teacher.

This course is recognized as a Continuing Education course as per Yoga Alliance standards. Upon completion you will receive a certification for 10 CE hours.
