We offer classes for kids and adults, with all levels of skill & flexibility.

Our classes combine physical postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) & stillness that encourages introspection & contemplation.

Whether a more vigorous flow, a gentle yin practice or mantra class, each class is designed to enable students to move more deeply into their own understanding of the body, mind and soul's journey.

Beginners Yoga


Ayurveda Yoga Fundamentals

Learn a variety of fundamental poses & proper body alignment and explore the philosophies & experience the benefits of Ayurveda yoga in an easy, informative, safe & relaxed way.

This class is designed for the true beginner, and those wanting to focus on fundamentals.

Beginners & Beyond / Dance

Gentle Basics  

This class is designed for the beginner as well as those wanting to deepen into the fundamentals of Ayurvedic Yoga.  Explore fundamental yoga postures & philosophies of Ayurvedic Yoga in this ongoing class in an easy, informative, safe and relaxed way.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:30-10:45am 

Get Up & Dance

Get up and Dance is a 45 minute dance class incorporating various styles of dance to get your blood flowing, build stamina, increasing your physical strength. Dancing improves our mood and can lower the anxiety and depression.

Gentle Chair Yoga for Cancer Recovery

Chair yoga

Move, Relax & Restore

Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that creatively adapts traditional yoga poses to be done while seated.This class is designed specifically for those recovering from cancer and it’s treatments, and is open only to those with a cancer diagnosis. We will warm up the body safely, engage in meditative breathing, and flow into gentle yoga poses mindfully with support and stability. This class is donation optional, no payment is required.

Kids yoga

A fun and engaging class exploring yoga poses, cooperative games, breathing and relaxation exercises.

Non-competitive and fun, students develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and confidence.

Kundalini Yoga


Awaken kundalini energy

Kundalini style yoga for stress relief yoga, breath, chanting, meditation & sound to calm the nervous system, build capacity to manage stress and learn everyday practices to reduce anxiety. Open to all levels.

Mindful Yoga


Align, Strengthen, Restore

A blend of movement and breath with attention to alignment to best support the body for maximum health and efficiency. Work involves releasing the tight & problem areas and strengthening the weak to balance the physical body. Shavasana includes an integrative restoration (Yoga Nidra) to assimilate the subtle body with the physical to promote healing of mind, body, and spirit.

A Combo of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga

This class begins with a warming and opening active vinyasa practice to challenge students in a way that is suitable for all levels, moving the energy in the body. Then we will cool the body moving into yin, where we hold postures on the floor for 3-5 minutes, getting into the connective tissue and helping students to relax in the deepest layers of mind and body. A well balanced practice which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the rest of your day.

Vinyasa Fun Flow

Energetic, build endurance & strength Intermediate level

This class offers a series of postures connecting breath and movement in a rhythmic stream. The class starts off slow, increases in energy to create heat within the body and then ends with a rewarding relaxation. This is an energetic, lighthearted and playful practice with an upbeat music playlist. The movements promote strength, endurance, and suppleness. Be prepared to work your edges as you enjoy a lively flowing practice.

The class can be adapted to meet all levels, you are meant to meet yourself where you are at and modifications are given as needed. The goal is not the pose, the goal is enjoying the ride along the way.

Increase your Prana

A class for all!  Whether you are new  to yoga, recovering from an injury or illness or looking to create more flexibility, this gentle self care class using asana (yoga poses), pranayama with an emphasis on both the physical and subtle body.  Learn to work more consciously with your breath and vital life energy, healing from deep within and live a life of vitality!

When: Mondays, 3:30-4:45pm

Yoga Mix


Strength & Flexibility

This class combines light cardio, light weights, yoga, meditation and breathwork for an all-around approach to weight loss, toning muscles, strengthening bones, flexibility, stress relief and more.  Bring 2-5 lb. weights with you if you would like to enhance upper body strength.  This is an all-levels class.
