Our Classes

We offer classes for adults, with all levels of skill & flexibility.

Our classes combine physical postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) & stillness that encourages introspection & contemplation.

Whether a more vigorous flow, a gentle yin practice or mantra class, each class is designed to enable students to move more deeply into their own understanding of the body, mind and soul's journey.

Beginners Yoga

Learn a variety of fundamental poses and proper body alignment, explore the philosophies of yoga, and experience the benefits of yoga in an easy, informative, and safe and relaxed way. This class is designed for the true beginner, and those wanting to focus on fundamentals.

All Level Yoga

Gentle Basics  

This class is designed for the beginner as well as those wanting to deepen into the fundamentals of Ayurvedic Yoga.  Explore fundamental yoga postures & philosophies of Ayurvedic Yoga in this ongoing class in an easy, informative, safe and relaxed way.

Happier Hour Yoga

Shake off the work day with an Intermediate level class that offers a variety of flows and poses, meditaion and pranayama and more!

Ground Down Yoga

Take time for yourself with Ground Down Yoga! Welcome all Yogis to a yoga class that will help you unwind, ground down, and relax. This gentle yoga flow will focus on restorative poses and incorporate a soothing sound bath to help balance and restore the mind, body, and spirit. Can’t wait to see you there!

Chair Yoga

Yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation from a chair! Increase your mobility and flexibility in a fun and gentle way. Perfect for beginners, those with flexibility or joint limitations, or recovering from injury or illness.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness; it affects our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to receive personal healing and higher levels of consciousness. Through breath, chanting, meditation and sound healing the central nervous system is calmed; allowing you to open your heart, seek your identity and truth and in turn awaken the Self.

The Body Temple: Mindful Movement, Meditation, & Medicine

This class is like no other. Join me as we enter sacred space, learning to come home to ourselves. We will move our bodies and use our voice using different modalities from the yogic tradition, to energy medicine, to Tao tantric arts. We will drop into our bodies to cultivate self love, tune into our inner wisdom and listen to our inner voice. Each class will be unique and guaranteed to have you leaving relaxed, empowered, and invigorated! Warning you may even develop a new love and appreciation for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Gentle Chair Yoga for Cancer Recovery - Online Class!

Move, Relax & Restore

Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that creatively adapts traditional yoga poses to be done while seated. This class is designed specifically for those recovering from cancer and it’s treatments, and is open only to those with a cancer diagnosis. We will warm up the body safely, engage in meditative breathing, and flow into gentle yoga poses mindfully with support and stability. This class is donation optional, no payment is required. Chair Yoga Sandwich- Online Class!

Created & designed for those who sit in front of computer most of the day.  During this one hour class we will energize the body through breathwork, dissolve tension with stretches right from the chair and calm the mind with guided meditation. all without leaving your chair. Tune in from home or the office to get that nice mid-day stretch.

Mind Over Mat(ter)

This all level class will help students set goals and achieve them, whether it's a peaceful meditation, learning a new pose, improving a pose they already know, or being able to put it all together in a meaningful flow.  Come in and discover Mind over Mat(ter).
