Description

Experience the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga as it is taught in Mysore, India. The Ashtanga series is a challenging practice made up of 26 postures linked together through the breath, creating a moving meditation.  Students are taught individually in a group setting, in the Mysore style tradition. In this beginners series students will be introduced to a primary sequence that align and detoxify the body, beginning with Sun Salutations.  Each student receives individual instruction & hands on adjustments as they practice and advance through the series at their own pace.  Whether you are new to yoga or an established yoga practitioner exploring the Ashtanga Yoga system, you can start here.
