Sticks and Stones Chi Flow Yoga invites you to explore all aspects of your unique being, release tension and improve energy (prana) flow within the body. Incorporating slow flowing movements, utilizing rain sticks and stones for grounding along with traditional yoga asanas will gently mobilize your joints, free your spine, increase circulation in your body and deeply calm the nervous system.
As you flow slowly with your breath, the practice becomes a moving meditation, helping to focus and calm your mind.
This practice is suited for all levels
An open mind and a playful nature are the only requirements
