As a lifelong dancer, Jade has explored different styles of dance and movement. In 2007, she discovered JourneyDance™. In 2008, Jade began teaching JourneyDance.™ It is the perfect blend of her love of dance with a passion for leading group rituals and opportunities for transformation and greater self-awareness. Jade’s classes create a sacred space for healing, unyielding self-expression and release, and the pure joy of dancing. A sense of community forms in this transformational practice of honoring our aliveness, embodying our unique radiance, and claiming our magnificence. Jade often shares the dance floor with her son Kai. When she is not dancing, Jade enjoys being a Mommy and works part-time as a midwife. In addition to being a midwife, Jade is a Flower Essence Practitioner and Herbalist, with a background in healing bodywork and teaching prenatal yoga (classes and trainings). One of her priorities in life is spending time in nature, which she does often with Kai.
