Learn experientially as you go through this in-depth weekend of anatomy and subtle anatomy.  You will be connecting the subtle body, identify the chakras and how they connect with the hormones and glandular control, breath, diaphragm, and bhandas to bring balance and harmony from within.

This is a dynamic, interactive program with lecture, breath, humor & ease along with motion, Q & A,  and contemplation.
