This  immersive afternoon experience begins with gentle, guided breathwork to  calm your nervous system and open your energy pathways. You’ll then  settle into deeply supported restorative postures, allowing your body to  release layer by layer.

As  you rest, you’ll be bathed in the ethereal sounds of live electric  violin — vibrations that shimmer and swirl like light through clouds.  The experience concludes with an extended 20-minute savasana, where  sound and stillness merge into pure bliss.
