Restorative Yoga Summer Candlelight Series - June

DESCRIPTION

Restorative Yoga is a practice of compassion.  Meeting yourself with grace, intention, and love.  Utilizing props, each asana is held for a prolonged period of time with the props acting to fully support the body as it rests.  It is a practice of true restoration—returning us to our natural state of balance and ease.  Each month this summer Live in Joy is offering up a Restorative Yoga Practice with different teachers and different themes.
