🌱 Select and connect with a living spider plant
🪨 Paint an intention stone to carry your word, affirmation, or focus
🌈 Plant happy roots and grow good vibes
You’ll plant your new possibilities in sacred soil and seal your intention with a painted stone to place alongside your living plant companion.
This guided experience begins with a gentle grounding meditation to help you arrive, soften, and reconnect. From there, you’ll be supported with mindful prompts, reflection, and intuitive guidance as you create.
The simple acts of painting, planting, and creating with your hands are naturally meditative, inviting your mind to slow down, your breath to deepen, and your body to relax.
