FAQs:
What is the time commitment?
Training sessions will take place one weekend each month, along with a virtual meeting every Friday throughout the month.
Can I do the training online?
Practical experience will be an essential part of our Yoga Teacher Training. You will learn how to safely enter and exit poses and make adjustments most effectively in person. Additionally, since some topics will be quite deep, face-to-face conversations will help ensure clearer communication and a smoother flow of discussion. If you have any limitations or concerns, please feel free to contact the studio.
What happens if I can’t make it for a scheduled training day?
All sessions will be recorded. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the scheduled training session at the studio, you will be able to watch the recording and then share what you learned from the training.
