ABOUT

Yoga is a system for living that involves every aspect of being. It is not a religion or belief system, but a map of exploration that invites us into a way of life grounded in Universal Truth and aimed at self-realization. 


The word yoga means “to yoke”, referring to the union of physical and spiritual, individual consciousness with universal consciousness, and body with breath. While many associate yoga primarily with physical poses (asanas), these are just one small part of a much deeper practice designed to awaken the infinite potential of the mind and soul.
