ABOUT
Varee guides all her students on a path of balance, energy, and mindful movement through Tai Chi, Qigong, and holistic wellness practices.
Varee began practicing Tai Chi and Qigong over 15 years ago, discovering its ability to cultivate balance, energy, and mindfulness. Following the passing of her father in 2019 and other significant life events, she decided to deepen her practice; not only to support her own healing, but also to guide others on their wellness journeys.
She trained under Master Ping Zhao at Authentic Eastern Health in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where she earned her Tai Chi/Qigong certification.
Passionate about helping others enhance their well-being and overall life satisfaction, Varee previously worked in behavioral healthcare as a clinical and mobile therapist for over a decade and later applied her skills as a life and wellness coach. She encourages her clients to integrate healing modalities though moving meditations that reduce stress, release tension, and enhance Qi -such as yoga and Tai Chi/Qigong- benefiting body, mind, and spirit.
