ABOUT

Sharon inspires students to embrace self-love and healing, blending the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda with the compassion of her own journey.

Sharon’s yoga journey began in 1998 when she discovered a paperback book of yoga poses while waiting in line at the supermarket. She taught herself the basics and practiced on and off over the years.


In early 2017, while recovering from back surgery, Sharon began incorporating yoga into her daily routine, determined to heal both quickly and mindfully. It was during this time that she formed a deeper, more spiritual connection to the practice.


Eager to learn more, she enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training program at Live In Joy, an experience that inspired her to share yoga with others. She went on to complete the 100-hour Ayurveda Self-Healing program, further expanding her knowledge and passion.


Today, Yoga and Ayurveda remain central to Sharon’s life, fueling her dedication to learning, practicing, and teaching. Her own journey continues to inspire her to share the importance of self-love and mindful living with her students.
