ABOUT

Sam guides students through mindful movement, Yin, and sound healing to breathe deeply and find balance within.

Yoga found Sam as much as she found it- emerging during a period of deep uncertainty and self-reflection. Through the practice, Sam discovered a place to pause, breathe, and begin again, learning to meet herself with compassion and curiosity while reconnecting with parts of herself long neglected.

Her teaching is rooted in mental health, accessibility, and cultivating inner comfort. Sam is drawn to slow, mindful movement that emphasizes intention over intensity, where each breath and posture becomes an act of presence. One of her favorite poses, Triangle Pose, serves as a reminder to stay steady through change, shift perspective when needed, and find balance amid life’s challenges.

She teaches Beginners & Beyond on a rotating schedule and leads weekly Yin + Sound classes, blending gentle movement with sound healing. Sam’s goal is to create spaces where students feel safe to explore, soften, and come home to themselves.

Outside of the studio, Sam expresses creativity through baking and photography, enjoys hiking in nature, indulges in occasional video game marathons, and finds joy in the small adventures of everyday life.
