Come breathe, soften, and stretch with Parissa as you reconnect with your highest self!



Parissa  is a soft hearted, playful soul who believes yoga is a returning home  to your breath, your body, and your own inner wisdom. Her journey began  in 2020 through Hatha yoga, where she discovered that movement could be  both medicine and spiritual.


In  2023, she followed her intuition into Yin Yoga - embracing the slow,  moonlit side of the practice that invites stillness, surrender, and  inner healing. In November 2025, she added Chair Yoga to her path, opening the door for every body to move with freedom and joy.


Parissa creates a sanctuary filled with gentle vibes, soft laughs, and space to simply exhale.  Her classes blend grounding energy with light hearted warmth perfect  for anyone seeking peace, healing, and a little bit of soul sparkle.


Parissa  seamlessly weaves Tibetan singing bowls into her classes, using their  soothing vibrations to soften the mind and open the heart. The sound  waves wrap each student in a warm, meditative hug, helping them drop  deeper into Shavasana.
