ABOUT
Jeanette inspires resilience, balance, and self-discovery, blending movement, mindfulness, and compassionate guidance for every student.
Jeanette discovered yoga in her early twenties as a powerful tool for supporting mental health, offering grounding and inner peace during life’s challenges. Over the past 30 years, her practice has grown into a holistic journey that blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to cultivate resilience, balance, and well-being. Yoga and mindfulness remain central to her daily life.
Jeanette joined Live In Joy in 2021 for the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is also certified in Menoflow Yoga through Sally Parkes Yoga in West Sussex, England, and completed Restorative Yoga training at Live In Joy in 2023. Additionally, she trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction through the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson under the guidance of Alezza Moss. Drawing from this rich experience, Jeanette guides students toward healing and self-discovery, creating a compassionate and inclusive space for practitioners of all levels to embrace yoga as both a physical practice and a lifelong source of strength and balance.
