Expect informative classes that challenge and nurture.

Chae  began her wellness journey in 2000 finding yoga during one of life's  challenges.  Immediately drawn to Yoga Philosophy, her daily practices  evolved to begin teaching in 2005.  She has completed Vinyasa Flow  (500Hrs), Himalayan Institute Tradition (500Hr), Alignment (Anusara)  Yoga (400Hrs), Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Aging, Comprehensive Pilates  Training and is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor  and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  She applies yoga philosophy to  engage with life robustly and tenderly.
