Caitlyn brings a down-to-earth mix of breath and balance that invites students to show up just as they are and leave with a lighter spirit.
Caitlyn first dipped her toes into yoga here and there, but it wasn’t until 2020 that she discovered a steady practice—and with it, a new way of moving through life. Yoga has taught her to breathe through the uncomfortable and to find steadiness when the world feels overwhelming, lessons she loves to share with her students. In her classes, expect a supportive space where you can arrive just as you are and leave feeling a little more connected, grounded, and cared for.
Off the mat, Caitlyn is usually outside soaking up nature, experimenting with kitchen witchery, curled up with a book, or puzzling her way through sudoku (always with a coffee in hand).
