Alyssa guides students with a blend of mindful breathwork, compassion, and creative use of props to make yoga both accessible and empowering for every body.
Alyssa is so excited to flow with you! She first discovered her yoga practice in 2019 and began engaging with it more deeply after moving out on her own and feeling a strong push to connect with herself on a deeper level. During her Yoga Teacher Training, Alyssa had many questions and moments of skepticism, but those experiences ultimately built the strength and confidence she carries into her current practice.
Her yoga philosophy centers on intentional breathing and mindfulness—meeting herself where she is with love and compassion while also pushing to strengthen her connection with the Universe. Through her "Yoga on the Blocks" series, Alyssa hopes to share that same approach with others. She loves how blocks and props can help beginners access yoga while also challenging longtime yogis to explore advanced variations. Alyssa can’t wait to share space with you on the mat.
