Our Classes

We offer classes for adults, with all levels of skill & flexibility.

Our classes combine physical postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) & stillness that encourages introspection & contemplation.

Whether a more vigorous flow, a gentle yin practice or mantra class, each class is designed to enable students to move more deeply into their own understanding of the body, mind and soul's journey.

Beginners Yoga

Learn a variety of fundamental poses and proper body alignment, explore the philosophies of yoga, and experience the benefits of yoga in an easy, informative, and safe and relaxed way. This class is designed for the true beginner, and those wanting to focus on fundamentals.

When: Tuesdays, 6-7:15pm

All Level Yoga

This class is designed for the beginner as well as those wanting to deepen into the fundamentals of Ayurvedic Yoga.  Explore fundamental yoga postures & philosophies of Ayurvedic Yoga in this ongoing class in an easy, informative, safe and relaxed way.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:00-10:15am

Chair Yoga

Yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation from a chair! Increase your mobility and flexibility in a fun and gentle way. Perfect for beginners, those with flexibility or joint limitations, or recovering from injury or illness.

Yin & Sound

A soft and introspective way to wind down at the end of the day. This class offers long-held yin postures to gently stretch the body and release tension, followed by a restful savasana accompanied by soothing sound healing. Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and at peace from within.

Chair Yoga Sandwich- Online Class!

Created & designed for those who sit in front of computer most of the day.  During this one hour class we will energize the body through breathwork, dissolve tension with stretches right from the chair and calm the mind with guided meditation. all without leaving your chair. Tune in from home or the office to get that nice mid-day stretch.

When:   Mondays, 12:00-1:00pm

Tai Chi/ Qigong

Tai Chi, a centuries-old Chinese discipline for health, relaxation, longevity and improved well-being, was originally developed as a martial art, but has evolved through the ages as a system of exercise and personal development.

Join Varee as she leads you through a series of slow continuous movements, one flowing into the next, designed to relax and develop the whole body. Through practice you will build up muscle strength, flexibility, and balance.

Suitable for all levels of fitness.

When: Thursdays, 2:00-3:00pm

Saturdays, 10:30-11:30am

Empower Hour

A 60 minute flowy vinyasa class where breath and body movement collaborate together to create various yoga postures. This class provides opportunities to move and play by strengthening, stretching, and cultivating mindfulness.  Find your inner flow and glow from there!
