Suzie Hennessy Graefen has been teaching for 15 years - first in a classroom, and now in a studio. Her body-positive classes celebrate the joy of movement for all. After training at Kripalu, Suzie began teaching Let Your Yoga Dance classes locally in 2009, and will soon be adding Qoya and Shake Your Soul classes to her list of offerings. She also holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute and Kripalu and is a Reiki level 1 practitioner.

Enjoy a mix of yoga, dance, meditation, breath work, and evocative world music as you care for your body, mind, and spirit in the safest of spaces.

This 90 minute class includes:

-a centering warm up
-ample opportunity to dance your heart out with a combination of guided and free dance
-a gentle yoga cool down
-a final relaxation and meditation
-a bonus dose of bliss to take home with you (and please don’t be surprised if the resulting glow rubs off on others in your life, as that is a much-reported side effect of the practice!)
