This class includes sequences and postures that are more typical of an adult Yoga class. Come for a calming, stress-relieving class to strengthen the body and mind, with emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body with a slower paced flow with attention to alignment, meditation and mindfulness.

Each class includes mat chats, mindful minutes and journaling.
