Sarah attended her first yoga class at Live in Joy Yoga with Janet on opening day and instantly fell in love with the practice of yoga. She faithfully attended every Thursday for many years and developed a home practice when life got in the way and she wasn’t able to visit the studio. Sarah always experienced a moment of great clarity at the end of each class and knew there was something unique about this experience.
Sarah has always been committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness but found a perfect union of mind and body health through Yoga.
