Join us for a class of back opening poses!  

Twisting poses restore the spine's natural range of motion, easing tension in the back.  They are a fabulous rejuvenate for the digestive system, providing exercise to the otherwise non-moving organs, bringing in fresh circulation and energy. 

Play and twist and release while in sitting, standing, lying down and upside down poses to detoxify and energize! 

All levels of flexibility and experience welcome!

This workshop is for those with healthy backs, as well as those with existing back issues.
