Family Yoga uses postures to connect parents and children in a fun a playful way!
Family Yoga allows us to grow stronger in body and mind-together. It is a great way to connect
with your child/children while strengthening your bond and supporting each other along the way.
We will have fun exploring partner poses, focus activities, creating art and of course pampering
each other while relaxing to some nice music.
Practicing Yoga as a family has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and lead to happier lives.
Come join in the fun and see what it’s all about. Learn some ideas you can take home to
incorporate into your daily lives.
