All Level Yoga - Yoga for all levels of
ability. Postures and breathing techniques are designed to enhance
strength, coordination, flexibility, and relaxation.Modifications and
variations will be introduced so that all participants can receive the benefits
of this class. Also great for beginners.
Budokon- is a living style and blend of martial arts, Zen meditation and yoga. The practice is designed to increase body awareness, flexibility and core strength. Budokon is also a practice that helps the student calm the mind and be in complete control of the body.
Chair Yoga – Chair Yoga is a fun set of asanas you can do from
the comfort of your own chair. This class is designed for all levels
and circumstances. Whether you are recovering from surgery or injury, or
have desire to learn exercises you can do at your desk to increase
mobility and flexibility. We will practice gentle yoga postures,
breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation methods.
Chakra
Yoga - Chant,
tone and engage in a gentle flow of postures that focus awareness on the energy centers of the
body. All levels welcome.
First Light Yoga - This class offers a great way to fit a yoga practice into
your schedule. Energize the start
of your day with a shorter but complete yoga practice, combining warm-ups,
poses & breath work.
Gentle Yoga -A Unique and gentle yogic approach
to developing fluid movement, breath and balance. Postures and breathing techniques are designed to enhance
strength, coordination, flexibility, and relaxation. Learn to still the mind, become centered and focused.
This class is designed for all levels.
Inner Fire - Inner Fire Yoga is an artful blend of meditation, mantra,
pranayama, and asana that works with the emotional, physical, and spiritual
aspects of yoga. Through practice, you will ignite your inner fire, or agni,
and come to your true nature.
Prenatal Yoga –Energize your pregnancy, flow with the amazing changes to your body and prepare for birth. This class will guide you through hip and shoulder openers, build strength and alleviate back pain, incorporating breath work and techniques to support you on this journey.
Vinyasa Flow - A challenging style of vinyasa
(flowing postures) rounded out by study of yogic philosophy, pranayama, and
meditation. Poses and their many variations are held a bit longer than in
some other vinyasa practices, allowing students to settle into deeper
alignment.
Yin Yoga - Floor postures are held passively for 5 minutes in order to revivify connective tissues in the body. Gland and organ function is also rebalanced. Inspires flexibility and resiliency in muscles, joints and fascia.
Yin Flow - Combines a passive Yin practice with an active Vinyasa Flow practice. This class begins with floor postures held passively for about 5 minutes in order to stretch the connective tissue then moves onto a flowing sequences to warm up the muscles while building strength and energy while quieting the mind . Gland and organ function is also rebalanced.
Inspires flexibility and resiliency in muscles, joints, and
fascia.
Yoga Foundations - Explore a variety of asanas while receiving instruction on proper body alignment. This class involves a lot of warm-up movement that introduce classic yoga poses in some alternative way. Great for beginners or fine tuning your practice.
Yoga Nidra - Yoga Nidra is body-centered form of meditation that can be practiced for many reasons - to deeply relax and release stress; to promote healing of the body-mind and to rediscover a greater sense of wholeness and balance.
